I find the wording of the advert interesting: I've got this Volvo I don't want - bought it to strip down and thrash around a track. Can't be bothered to do the work, don't want the car, so you can have it for perhaps 4 times what I paid for it.
Doesn't really come over as a caring owner does he? I think he could have worded the advert a little better, cleaned the engine bay, then he may get closer to that price on a good day. As he says, they are good little cars and there is a lot of life left in this one yet - ultimately £850 for 2 or 3 years trouble free motoring isn't bad. However, £350 would be brilliant and a bit more like it!
I blame the Volvo 66 estate I had......
