All are like that so you can undo the top nut, the adjustables have a smaller version of that in a sleeve from memory, though I could be wrong!

is there any difference between 340 and 360 struts? I know the springs probably aren't the right poundage for a 360, brakes will be different and they wont have the droplink mount but apart from that are they any different?

Are the top mount bearings ok?

Cheers,
Matt

There's a minute camber difference between 1.4s and all others (so 340 1.7s and 360s...goodness knows about diesels, but that's probably not a big problem for anyone except Mr Plaxton!), but that's the only different except the droplink mount on late 360 struts.

Agreed that they're probably standard shocks. Seems like a reasonable price...good luck with the sale.

cheers

About an hour-hour and a halfs drive.
Tbh I'd rather they were gone sooner, but a late sale is better than no sale at all, so why not
