Its worth what someone pays.

Think we've been through this whole "what is something worth" debate a few times now. And we dont need to do it all again.

Personally, I dont think F/S threads are the place for opinion (if youre not making an offer).
We are NOT the market. We do not decide a value. And unless youre putting gash down on it, its not for you to say what its worth.

It'll sell for exactly its value.

GTWTS Evoman. Dont take anything less than youre absolutley happy with.

Thats right. I ranted.

Done.
Couldn't agree with you more! Well said! :D

on price in a F/S +1 (although I think it's fare game to comment on any gumtree/ebay/donedeal/autotrader fodder that is linked, but isn't in a standalone F/S thread.)

I certainly didn't mean to cause offence... the bumping of the thread suggested to me that Evoman would like to move this car on. I thought that suggesting a price that similar cars have sold for in recent times might have been useful. But I totally agree - if you don't get what you want for it, keep it! 8)

PS. Get the E34 :) Or... early E39 with the same engine? I think the only potential real negative is the diesel pump can go on them (All of the TDS's)

I've heard heads can go too, I like 850s and I reckon I could get a newer one, however the budget they would be high milers, where as an e34 could have a lower milage but be older
