Some pics:
Space: All spaces in the unit have a fixed one metre minimum working space around the front and both sides of the car (unfortunately space at the rear depends on the length of the car). Before the space was used by an Audi 100 which had plenty of working room around it. I shall update the exact measurements ASAP.
Security: The estate has a main gate which is locked every evening (you would of course be given a key for this gate). Outside the unit we have a small yeard which is surrounded by fencing and barb wire plus two security lights. All doors and windows are barred plus the building has an alarm. If you still require more security it is possible to have auto police callout on the alarm for a small fee.
Facilities: Any time access, no noise restrictions, electrical points every few metres (2 and 3 phase), two toilets, sink and kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge etc) and most importantly the unit has been graded for any car use (though not for spraying).
