Anybody interested in a 531 head?
111k miles
Came from a running 1987 760 tic
£170
Also have the rest of the B230ET parts available including a professionally sonic cleaned and honed B230 block which has been in storage for 18 months £50
Can deliver in West Midlands area for cost of petrol and I'm going to London end of November so can deliver parts then but would be collection from the airport at 6:30am

Complete bottom end Thododd has first refusal
The only bits that could be of any real use that are left are the 531 head and inlet manifold however there might be a few bits left just let me kniw and I'll see what's there.
There is someone interested in the head though, I'll add photos of it tomorrow as I didn't get a chance to dig it out today.

Someone said the lean exhaust valve has had it and looks open, thoughts?

Any interest in the head? Have one offer a bit less than I want but still reasonable, one person doing a lot of talking but no offer yet so will be sold in a couple days if I don't get a better offer.

So the 1987 B230ET spent 26 years in New Zealand and will now live on scattered across England.

531 head available again, £145 needs new valves but the face looks fine to me.
All valves open and close as they should, A cam still in head.
perhaps whoever buys it this time will actually pay for it.

Why does it need new valves? Unless theyre bent, a clean and reseat should sort them out...... it needs a good going over though

I thought the same Thomas but the self proclaimed experts on Volvo OC forum have said differently so I've put that mainly to stop their constant whining.
