360 GLT with aircon

Post by François » 10 Aug 2004 11:52 am

Na aanschaf andere frontbalk in laten lassen. Andere spatborden gemonteerd.
Kriksteunen, dwarsbalk achter en verbinding voorste wielkuip met langsdragers.
Dus qua APK-laswerk heb je voorlopig niets te vrezen.

Op eerste technische dag:
a) Distributieriem vervangen bij 169.000km (huidige kilometerstand is ongeveer 182.000)
b) Olie, filter, bougies, verdelerkap+rotor, klepspeling gecontroleerd.

Afgelopen APK nieuwe originele schokdempers achter (gasgevuld), remcilinders en remvoeringen, remslang+vloeistof.
Dus vrijwel gehele systeem gereviseerd.

Op tweede technische dag:
a) Waterpomp vervangen + koelvloeistof.

b) Beschermkap motorcarter monteren.
c) Centrale vergrendeling rechtsachter repareren.
d) Dakgootstrippen erop kitten.
e) Lendesteunknop bestuurder repareren. De knop is aanwezig.
De auto is compleet en origineel.
Ook elektrische ramen voor en trekhaak.

Verder werkt alles. Raamgeleiders onlangs nog met siliconenspray behandeld. Lopen erg soepel. Boxen in hoedenplank.

999 Euro

Mail me maar bij interesse.

After I bought it, I had had another front beam welded in. Mounted rust free fenders.
Jack supports, rear beam and connection wheel arches and longitidinal beams welded.
So for MOT, no more future weld jobs are to be expected coming years.

First technical club day:
a) Replaced timing belt at 169.000km (current mileage approx. 182.000km)
b) Changed oil, filters, spark plugs, rotor and checked valve play.

For last MOT rear shock absorbers were replaced (air filled, GLT ones), completely new rear brakes, including hose and braking fluid.

Second technical day:
a) Replaced water pump
b) Several items interior replaced (bulbs, handles etc). So the interior is in good condition.

Very good rear tyres (Pirelli P5000) and good front tyres (Sava)

What things do you have to fix yourself?
a) Mount original front spoiler, this will be delivered with the car. Before fixing,I recommend to treat the front beam inside (ML Tectyl).
b) Mount under body cover.
c) Repair central locking rear right door (probably new wire needed).
d) Refit roof mouldings. These have become loose at the back.
e) Repair lumbar support knob. It will also be delivered with the car.
f) Maybe fit rear windscreen wiper. Nozzle is fitted and working.

The car is complete and original.
It has electric front windows and a towing hook.

Runchannels have been lubricated recently. Windows are running smoothly. Speakers in hat shelf (non Volvo)
I will remove the original Volvo radio. If you own a Volvo radio yourself, it is just plug and play. The annoying job of finding out what wires are connected to what feature, has already been done.
Also luggage compartment dividers will be removed. Small front bumper inserts will be replaced by original ones.

IT CONTAINS A FULLY OPERATIONAL AIRCON RUNNING ON R134a. SO NO ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES AND COMFORTABLE DURING SUMMER.

999 EURO.

You can mail me if you're interested.

Hi 5lab,

The reason I'm selling it, is that I bought another one.
The blue GLT with aircon as well, but also with a spoiler kit and
electric mirrors etc. I 'm going to exchange the parts you're asking
for, so I won't sell them. But are they so hard to find on your local
scrap yard? All automatic versions had them, to cool the rubber belts.
The reason I use them is extra air flow through the hollow sections to
prevent rust problems.
