dont need no wires , you takes your dials out of the car unscrew the back off the panel, remove the clock and put the rev counter in its place ,

put it all back together and, as if by majic , it works

Local breakers have them for 15 € but as this one is "new in box" it's worth considerably more IMHO... if it's going to be an auction, £25 plus postage offered

would love to buy it if it fits my '89 360...
(New to this, just bought the car :) )

Are you willing to ship it overseas to the netherlands? These things seem hard to come by here.

As usual with these things, it's worth what someone's ready to pay. However, as nomead says, it's worth a lot more due to the fact that it's new, unused and in a Volvo box. Just put it up for 25 pounds ono and see what people offer you.

I think SteveP once said something along the lines of "bung it in a blue box, and watch the price double" :-) (forgive me if I'm misquoting).

tbh, I'd usually say its worth what you paid for it if years haven't gone by or it hasn't become suddenly rare.

Just to echo what Tom has already said, the only way to find it`s true value is to find a buyer and find out what he`s willing to pay. As you don`t want to sell, it seems a pretty academic exercise to ask what it`s worth.
You could always ask your friendly, local stealer the list price ( or last price they had), if having a "value" is really important to you.

Yep i agree with you guys have the same thing with all my audio equipment.

And just for brownie points.. i have a brand new in bag..... Contact set for the steering column!

its just nice to have an idea of what it could be worth. If i did sell it which i might do yet. i wouldnt want to go and say for instance £100 and then have everyone complain its miles too high.
