breaking 480 turbo

hi guys

i am currently breaking a volvo 480 turbo. loads of parts available car has only done 62k but was in a small crash damaging the drivers wing and door. bought it cheap off a friend so i could use the engine in my 340 gle. therefore engine and loom are already out but everything else must go.

Not that I want it, but it's worth grabbing the sensor in the front grill, it's the same as the 300 ambient temp gauge one!

No worries ;) You also require 6-12" at least of loom and plug mate, then you can just make up a spade to spade lead to plug it into the 300.

Wirings in, just need sender. Unless 400 senders need different wiring??

Shouldn't be, but from memory 300 wiring finished at a 1/4" spade so I've always needed to take the a bit of 400 loom as well. I'm not sure whats been done to your car though mate!
