Volvo 340 GL 1985 on a C reg. 3door in blue
had a towing related incident earlier where by the towing eye got ripped off of the front, pulling the bumper off with it.
SO the car must go.
was running fine until the other day when the choke and carb started playing me up now the choke is partically stuck on and it over revs ALOT!
All complete and MOT until oct 2010 and some tax also.
Dunno what its worth in this state so make me an offer will get pics up in the next couple of days of the damge.

The corrosion below the offside headlamp looks fairly terminal although it seems a shame to scrap the car. If nothing else this serves to illustrate that a car which looks reasonably tidy may still have all sorts of problems lurking below the surface.

I hope that someone feels able to save the car although whether or not this would be cost effective is a different matter...
