Sold it a couple years ago and I believe it had changed hands a couple times in that period.

According to the dvla it's still taxed so someone is still using it :)

ChrisC and Pettaw bought it between them and kept it in Southampton. Due to circumstances changes it's now in Pettaw's care in a barn somewhere near Heathrow.

I'm not sure if it's MOT'd at the moment, but I would say it's still more or less "as it was". Andy is not the sort of guy to let a car fester.
