Had my clutch cable retainer snap last night on the way home from work so had to be towed home.

Thanks to macplaxton for the part number.

Thought I'd struggle to get the part but did a google search and it brought these guys up (didn't even know they were there)

Quick call and quoted me £5.40....motor factors were quoting £66 and £117 god knows what for?!

Ordered this morning and was there by dinner and as a bonus it is the metal version.

Also had a few old and very clean 240's outside!

All in all a good find, and get get most/all parts for the older stuff......result!

The Volvo Owners Club has occasional meetings there, been a couple of times as it's not too far from me, they are a very user friendly dealership!
