nah, there's the option on ebay to give second chance to last bidder, it should be no sweat.
Made something out of nothing, resulting in something else vanishing into thin air. seems straightforward to me.

I only didn't go and buy the 340 because i won a 740 for peanuts.. but then it "broke down".. got messed around.. blah blah blah.

Ok.. my fault for winning 2 cars but I never expected to win a taxed an MOT'd 740 for £230. I honoured that because it came first and was CHEeEEEEeeeP . Told the 340 guy straight away.. probably before the end of the auction.. (I'll check")
