I heard about these a while back on here so I thought I'd finally get around to getting myself a set. Couple of months ago I spotted that they were on ebay for a very reasonable price. So I'd give em a go.
I put them on my current discs which are about half way through their life with brake fluid that probably needs replacing. I thought it would be a good idea to benchmark the pads before I do a complete brake refurb. The past 2 days has seen them wear enough so that they are now making contact with the disc completely. And WOW! What crazy performance from just replacing the pads.
It's not just a good amount of stopping power, I can't feel any fade and the "feel" of the brakes has increased. I know now that if I apply more pressure, I'm going to get noticeable increases in braking. But funnily enough it doesn't "Jam on" or bite like you normally get when you begin to increase brake pressure - it's very smooth and responsive and exactly what you'd expect from good quality brake pads.
Furthermore, I've not noticed any dust on my wheels in the past 300 miles unlike cheap and nasty pads. Also no squeaking or squealing.
These are the best pads I've ever used. Very much worth the £23 they're going for. That's £23 for 4:
