Hi to all,
I'm Daniel from Portugal.
I new owner of 1990 Volvo 340 1.4 which will be restored.
Today was the first time i drive the car and I was very happy, and in my opinion have a good driving.
I've made a list of what has to be repaired and I'll get to see what happens with instrument painel because only the fuel indicator works.
Some pictures:

Sweet looking 5 door. Also notice you have the extra dials in the dash. With a little bit of work you will have a great car there.

That car looks like it hasn't seen much road salt

Love the 6 dial dash, that econometer style is pretty rare ...
Cheers

Hi mate.
Nice car. Looks like it does need that much.
The gauges in the cluster are not hard to replace.
Cheers Mark.

Hi Daniel and welcome!
Nice to see an otherwise very basic 340 with alloy wheels and a full instrument panel.
First thing to do is to check the wiring to the back of the instruments. There should be two white connectors, the speedometer cable and a small (vacuum) hose for the econometer.
I see the radio wiring has been tampered with, that could also cause some issues.
