People from as far afield as London, Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, East Anglia and Yorkshire felt the tremor.
It struck at about 0100 GMT and lasted for nearly 10 seconds but it is unclear if it has caused any damage."http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/7266136.stm
Anyone else feel it? I think I did.

I was on the computer working and thought there was some vibration, and my desk lamp seemed to be shaking more than normal. At first I thought it was a large vehicle passing. (At my uni house I'm downstairs facing the road, and the outside walls about 4' from the road. My room last year was right up against the pavement, and a large truck passing would shake the floor) It seemed a bit much for that and lasted for a few seconds so I was a bit confused, but unfortunately I had music on, so I just heard a bit of a rumble, but wasn't sure what it was.
Anyway I ignored it and forgot about it until I just checked the news a few mins ago to take a break from work, and saw this was the top headline!
