thanks for the info about the lights very helpful.
i have never done any wiring stuff before at least not in practice i understand the theory etc but not having bone it with my own 2 hands makes it a little confusing but i am getting there.
i think the earth on the right light is stuffed coz the plastic is busted and the earth dose not make contact all the time. so i think that's it (fingers crossed)
also i sore a 360 GLT same year as mine in the eastern suburbs the other day and it looked good from across the road but i got closer and every little bit was busted up or faded!! made me feel a lot better about my car and yeah the front is pretty clean on mine dose have a dint on the left at the bottom of the front.
needs a good buff the photos don't show it but Australian sun destroys paint and even worse to red paint but i lent my buffer to a friend and i have not got it back yet so ill track that down,

Yeah pug 205 is fine. I actually prefer with no cancelling but if you really want it, the steering wheel just need little tabs on it. The rest is already set up.

Does the standard 300 cancel thingy not fit a 205 boss then? Even on geniune 300 ones you have to swap the cancel plastic thing over.

No. Needs ground out to slide onto the end of the boss, or self-tappered on the end. I suggest option 1.

well i got redgo and insurance today

awesome and did like 5 hours of driving today to celebrate.... it was very exciting i trimmed my roof rack a little and that's about all, i got a steering wheel from the wreckers as well that was megga cheap so waiting on a boss kit. other then that driving it around last week i got the road worthy done so they fixed the tail light problems i was having and also got the exhaust fixed as well now the middle muffler looks like a hot dog. next is stereo and timber roof racks.

the one thing i would really like to fix is the Tyre sizes the rears are new ones and are 195 60 14 the fronts are old ones and are 185 60 14, the width is not really the problem its the side wall height cos its a percentage so the front wheels look really dinky. well i might see if i can find some cheapies

so thanks to this thread got all excited also. I'm driving my car out to matzuri witch is a Australian drift week end so it should be cool not drifting but going to watch etc but gotta make my car all pretty to represent the Volvo in the car park. so measured the timber up cut to size taking it all to my dads to use the drill press my brother and i bought him so i could use it

any way going there Saturday and then to a bolt shop. hopefully. so should be at least the timber part done by the end of the week end then for the other brackets.

so this is a mock up so the timber is shorter now and the roof racks are a bit narrower. but gives an idea of what i am attempting, so with it all shortened it suits the car better looks a little less like there is a pallet on my roof,
