I just insured it earlier.. Standard for the minute, footman james, less than £200, living in shady area in manchester! And they gave me a preeptive quote for 1.8 renault engine, 2" lower, with recaros, and the only difference is the excess, going from £100 to £200:D

LIke the 2cv's by the way.. Most thigs look good slammed though:D

Good quote that dude.
Im 31, but jut gone legal.
the best theyd do for me was double that.

I never should have driven that Ford Capri through that bus queue when I was 12.
These things tend to stay on your record.
Luckily, it was mostly old people....... :o

Well the stupid thing didn't start and left me stranded!! Not too pleased with it.. I was really beginning to like it, god dammit. It's now sat in a residential road miles and miles away from home, but only 15 minutes from work and where al my friends live. Going to pop down before work to have a play. Started a thread in the engine forum, 340 experts please let me know if you've got any ideas!

Sorry I missed this question first time arround..

Plans are to lower the thing 2" ASAP, then some nicer/wider wheels and tyres, then other handling related mods as and when i figure them out.. Probably putting some spare recaros I've got in there as I'm not a fan off the seats, though the adjustable lumbar supports and ass-warmers are nice! Eventually, after collecting the needed bits, renault 16v:D

Body will stay stock with all the chrome etc, which I'm thinking looks quite nice... I'll tidy up the paint a bit and sand / treat / repaint the bubbles. Maaaaaybe a small spoiler for the rear, and maybe the front too, not sure!

After getting the damned thing to start, that is..
