yep its all good! i think because i mounted them pretty much the same place as the old ones they were fine. the depth is 54mm so aslong as you use part of the original hole youll be alright
in other news, i found more rust. yey. really loosing patience with this car, and i havent even driven it properly yet

just won a paddy hopkirk roof rack on ebay. great succes

got it for use this summer as beer transport - music festivals etc. can't wait

He does -3 too.
Failing that, get escort blocks, gring the top locating peg off, and buy some high tensile staight bolts.
Ps, rack looks sick man. well done.

Was gonna say I got my -3's from Dai. Check my thread if you want an idea on how low it will turn out. If you want full on slammed i'd see if he could custom make -4" stuff

hmm, 4 inch would be unsafe imo - as good as it would look, i dont think the axle will be very safe being that high off the springs + issues of tramp bars etc
EDIT: i'd love for someone to prove me wrong

as i would do this if there was no real issue to it. OR has anyone got their springs de-cambered? how much did it cost?
