its on spax 40mm lowering springs on the front but i think they are for the weight of the 1.4 and 1.7s not the lump of the b20. 2 inch at the back but remember putting 13's will automatically drop its height and makes worse its horrendous relationship with speedbumps/mounds etc. I have to use 2 jacks sometimes just to get one wheel off!
But it looks amazing and i can't believe the amount of head turns it gets since i've done this.
