Ofcourse I'm not selling the 360! Unless someone offers me a BX16valve that is... I was just being sarcastic, didn't work out that well though. I've put to much effort in the car to sell it now.
Leather, leccy windows and mirrors, snowcap, foglights, open air filter, black roof upholstery. What more do you want? >a 2.3 turbo!

Central locked boot shouldn't be too long away, I've had the parts in the garage for 18months now. Wind noise is a lot worse with a snowcap, for me there is a big difference with fan on/off, but since fitting the cap it's gone from silent at 0, quiet at 1 to quiet at 0, loud at 1, and around 8bf on 3 ;)

Easy solution: fit, then press the re-circ button if it's getting on your t*ts. Oh, and ditch the sunroof for a glass one :D

I'd rather not have the boot working on central locking. It means that your kit in the boot is usually locked - meaning that no-one can come and swipe it out of your boot in traffic!

Chris, interesting find with the snow cap - cant say I've noticed any difference tbh.

I agree, somewhat.

Though now when in my parents car (406) I always lock the door inside out of habbit (locking all the doors and the boot).

Perhaps you could wire in a boot locking thing inside the car incase you want the boot locked but not all the doors, for those that don't like driving with doors locked!

How about a BX Sport? It uses the same carbs as a 300 R-Sport. 16 Valve is a better engine though :)

How about wiring the boot to a remote only? That way you can't open it independantly, setting off the alarm, but it isn't connected to the C/L either.

cheers

Only the (ultra rare) BX Sport (made for one year only?)

I don't see the parcel shelf thing myself...mine is fine! Maybe all these 'bad' ones have got wet or something?

cheers

Actually does anyone need a parcelshelf?! I have one in light GLE/late spec 340 grey colour and can get the dark grey thicker pile carpet both unbent!

Nessy should be blue - minus 10 points ;) I've never had trouble with my parcel shelf, then again 4 months after I got the thing it was built out of 12mm ply and run on ali plate strengtheners. Also has a marked improvedment on speed when removed :D

True, but do I regain it for already having found extra headrests in the same (bloody rare) blue/grey colour?

No, I seem to have Leah's old seats (commonly seen in a 360 GLS) in Nessy...:D

Yes, welding is the way forward.
