Anyone got a diagram of the connector with pinouts please?? - I'd photo mine and label it but I haven't got a camera and I don't know the pinouts anyway - plus the haynes and greenbooks have no diagram of it either. I've even searched the forum and no joy.

There should be permanent and switched live? From memory green and black/red are the two colours

those are the connections that were there on mine. my stereo only had the front speaker outs x4 and a constant live and an earth :/

+ on there is green i'm pretty sure
- on there is brown i'm 50/50 lol

+ should be green yes and the you should have a black/red stripe which is switched ignition... I thought all looms past '86 were the same!

i might have the wire on the loom but not for the stereo, i think there may have been something in the top last corner but as i wasn't using it it wasn't investigated. If this is ignition live i will use it for my stereo as i'm always leaving it on when i leave the car
