Ha! I saw that on eBay man. Havnt got that much money though. And its hardly practicle.

Practical as man. Loads of room in the back!
You can do a lot worse than a Vectra mate. Dull, but cheap n cheerful and parts are plentiful. Gotta be a winner!

It's no bother unless you want to overtake in a short distance, or are trundling along a nation speed limit single carrigeway road and are then faced with a masssive hill lol.
SVO MPG makes up for all of that though.

Mad max should have a Bluemotion. Not a blown v8.

I was talking to my mate and he agrees (dunno about Mad Max though lol).
He has an MR2 Turbo and a diesel Civic, and is with me on the fact that squeezing good miles from the tank is as much 'fun' as having your foot down!
His Civic has economy lights too, so get them all on and it's like Connect fucking 4.

Hi lads.
I know this is a bit of pug topic but i was in sainsburys today reading classic car weekly
and there is what looks to be a cracker 1984 1.4 340 GL in north yorkshire for £195.00.
Wonder if its anyone here.

I appear to have more horsepowers than a valver, and 50+mpg on a run...
...just a shame about the 1.6 tons
