thats what i tought about to, its 80-90 norwegian kroner for for a pack here, or 200 for a pack of tobaco, why not spend it on my lovelly car?
really hard, even harder when all my friends smoke, and my family too, but i tried one jesterday again, after a week, and it tastes horrible, so no more!

I've known a few people (including myself) that it worked for and a few who it didn't work for (well they didn't quite get it), but for less than 20 deck of fags, it's got to be worth a try.

Good luck is all i can say realy.
On March 8th 2011 i stopped smoking. It is bloody hard and i still want one.
However it would be realy stupid to have one now. I started smoking at the age
of 15 in 1976 {old fart}. They had just gone up to 40 pence for a pack of 20.
At the end i smoked between 20-30 role ups and it dammed near killed me.
Although i still want a smoke, i will not have one. I feel a lot beter for it.
Good luck in the quitting quest.

alright mark,oo stop dont start agen,i gave up 1 time for 6 days its was horrible
but i think i can do it this time tho i hope anyways
i was smokeing 25 fags a day,o its the price really almost 10 euro a day
i rather butting money into the volvo or something
anything but fags!!

The mistake I made was bending the rules - particularly there no such thing as just one fag - Well I knew that, so when one went it another was had and I fell back in the trap.

It was an interesting experience after finishing the book, I didn't feel bad at all. I felt absolutely fantastic. It a very interesting way of looking at things.

If you can't be arsed reading, get a CD book of it.

Never tried nicotine patches. Would you give an alkie alcohol? Never has made sense to me.

Hi Micko.
I don't know about down south but up north here, they treat it like alchoholism.
You take it one day at a time. You get up in the morning and say "i am not going to smoke today"
I was talking to a freind the other day and he told me about a bloke he knows who hadn't had a
smoke for 15 years. He and a few mates were in a bar one day and someone passed around a packet
of fags and he absent mindadly took one, had a draw and said "what am i doing, i don't smoke anymore"
However,the damage was done. He had to ask his mate for onother one. That was him fucked.He was back on the fags again.
That was after a 15 year gap. You just have to take it day by day.

i still get some nikotine in me thou, from snus, but im quitting that too soon, so ive havent actually quit the sh*t yet
just have to get used to not smoking anymore and get less and less nikotine, could also chew nikotine gum, but ive heard that tastes awefull
the bad thing about snus is that it burns away your gums, so if you use it for to long you have the risk with loosing teeth
