"running free" ovlov 360

i started this thread with the proyect in the middle of its way, i posted this in other forum but i would like be here too, sorry if looks like a copy paste in the explanations.

this is my third ovlov 360, the the other 2 where 5 doors, but in this case i own a 3 door, rare here nowadays.
the first one make me feel so good drifting that i loved it and i sold my s13 to make a diferent thing here in spain. in honour of that car i call my project "runing free" as the mitic ae86 but in a swedish version.

with the 3dr, i want to build a drift/rally ("tarmac") car to enjoy in our mountain roads, or in the tracks sliding against another one.
this was a track day when was my dayle, only lowered with direct exaust and direct filter.

some updates, till the pipes arribe to start with rollcage, i try in an easyer way.
i started with the rods to.

the car was cleaned completele, the underside too, looking for damages or rust, everything was correct and know i,m going to star the roll cage

I received some toys for the engine, well finished the material, i,m happy jejeje
and the "other" 360 in winter version, the "daily" for the weekends and snows, i can train with it jejejej

this week the work was doing the roll cage plates and tubes welding them but firstly cutting drawing and making numbers for all them.
all the materials are to the spanish rally specificacions.

i bought this retro mini steering from a friend and i,m very happy with it only cost me 30euros. thanks mark!!

some more work this weekend done, fiber glass windows and rear struts reinforcement


trying the final position and what changes going to be needed to had a good "working" place.

Lovely job all round, I havn't seen this amount of effort put into prep of a 300 in a long time.
