sm4 Well the latest addition to the fleet has arrived and been allocated a parking slot, truck delivered by the vendor from Bournemouth today. We had settled on £600 which, whilst not overly cheap, represents what I believe to be a fair price.

To summarise - 1988 Redline, Volvo dealer service history until 2004, dry stored in domestic garage since 2006. No obvious rust, slight scuff on one wheel, nick on front o/s corner of f bumper. Minor chips on drivers door edge. Rear seats appear not to ever have been sat in. Verrrry slight signs of use on drivers seat. Hatch area immaculate. Missing blanking plate window switch panel). As far as I can tell it's a genuine one family car with less than 5,000 mls showing (speedo change recorded in 2000 giving true mls as 57,400 odd). Tyres are seemingly unworn but are about 7 years old.

To do - full service and carb fettle, sort brakes (sticky h/brake), new cap and rotor, MOT, thorough poke aroundQ to ensure there really isn't any rot, full cavity and panel injection, full cut n polish body, use!!!
