Enter and copy any details of any up to and including 1981 (also known as Mk1 in the UK) car you know of:

Feel free to correct paint codes/descriptions etc.
Overseas cars welcome. Maybe we should only include cars which are on the road or S.O.R.N awaiting restoration, no scrapyard cars?
Another list for scrapyard cars or cars last seen a while ago?

1. JAK 74W, 343 DL, Met. Silver with black interior, first reg.01/10/80 Former Keepers 3, S.O.R.N, Condition, poor, awaiting work!

Well the photo looks to be "borrowed" from Paul Robinson of the DOC. Getting into the car was former owner (and former DOC Chairman) Alex Darkes. I've a feeling, though not 100%, that Sam Glover has this one now - but can't check as I haven't bought Practical Classics for yeeeeeeeeears.

16 so far by that count, nice work on those photos. Of course, if we know the reg we can find out if it's taxed or not (summer might be the best time to see).. Volvomania on here also has one (or 2!) of course, volvodspec has one and there's the Canadian one. I'm sure they will add their cars. Theres also the yellow one from Poland (atroch) also members here, but he's not been on since late last year.

20 so far worldwide.

I wonder if this:
http://www.autoscout24.de/Details.aspx?id=229687938
is the same car? If so, it's lost it's original mirrors, hubcaps and about 80000kms in the last 2 years ...

Cheers
