Thought id introduce myself seeing as ive come over to the darkside and got myself a 340 
Its an E reg (87) 1.7GL 4 door saloon with 42k on it, 2 previous lady owners, totally standard that i bought for small sum of 300 of my hard earned. (some of you may have seen it on retro rides, was for sale in oxford). the car itself is in ok condition, needs abit of welding to the passenger sill as previous "repairs" have started rotting again and they have welded the removeable wing to the sill aswell
Ive already bought -2" springs and blocks off dai, along with some new top mounts and various other bits that it needs (speedo, light lense and headlight stalk). i plan to stick a bucket seat in it, weld the diff, 2" drop and some decent wheels and use it as my daily. im not going to take the interior out as ive already got a completely stripped mk2 fez as a fun toy.
At a later date im planning an F series conversion once ive got used to the car and how it drifts etc but for the time being, its staying 1700 and full interior
i will upload some pictures at the weekend as im away at college at present and dont have any on me.
