I'd never seen this before, so thought others might appreciate a look inside the factory: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESWigv6atvY

Ta.

The overspray on that car is horrendous!

I know, worse than my pink interior after BHX's respray. I haven't yet seen it in the flesh, but from the pictures I've seen I have to say I think it's pretty hideous!

Despite that, the video is fun to see the production line and the rather interesting looking people who built our cars!

That film does have its amusing moments. I wonder what the factory workers thought about that car...

So many familiar parts in that film!

There's overspray, but only in the places where they could be bothered to spray ;) The grey bits you see aren't dust...

Thanks for the video Sion, hadn't seen it!

That is bad, the all red look does work but better with black tyres and black bushes and not a misted over exhaust.

How would you react if your car came back from the body shop looking like that

Just watched again, note how all the missed bits aren't missed in the vid... interesting! (well, depending on the current anorak level!)

No that's what I thought, particularly the front grille which is definitely fully red in the film. Also, the Volvo badge on the grille is black, but MacPs pics show a red badge.

Mysterious.
