Depends really - I like 300s in both standard and modified form, it really depends on the car! A nice mint Mk2 GLT for example... yes Ronnie, your car!

But I also like them modified, Vicky's and Ali's cars are like a bloody go carts now
I'm not going too heavily modified with my car - my aim (eventually) is for something that looks smart, still retains the 300 series character, and is quicker than the slow POS it is now...

Oops, just fitted Adam's grill, have the clear lenses ready to go on (Cheers Fogster!) and am shaving the headlamp wipers... Also have many more plans - even though I don't have the cash to see them through right now
Don't worry though, Steve - I'm keeping all the original parts to put back on for the VOC prize giving

(I am joking about this - competitions aren't really my style).

The way Volvo intended - it's so nice it seems a shame to mess it up.

Modified if it is not an origianl car in VERY good condition. (Which means no wear in interior, no rust at all etc...) but if it is a normal used 300-series with usual wear and tear, then it needs at least a proper engine and a suspension upgrade. I'm not a big fan of modern car styling so no new round bodykits or aluminium wings etc... I like sharp edges and original style bodykits.
I also think that interior painted with bright primary colors doesn't look race, it just looks rice.

If I would mod the interior, it would be all leather/suede/alcantara. Or if car is race spec, then stripped interior with aluminium or CF panels.
But these are just my opinions and likings.

body kit, b230ft, new leather in cream white doorpanels included, nice shiny black paint job.... I want that, and the good thing is... It's going to happen. My 300 is now sitting in a garage waiting to be taken apart and be modded extremely.

Sorry, but in standard form the car is a bit of an under-acheiver. Needs to be mod'd to extract it's full potential, and get a little bit of speed out of it!

My car will always be modded that way theres not coming as same looking car in the road..Want always that bit of personality
These 300s are so common that i dont think theres no need to "restore" any? Except 340/360 with no rust, mileage under 100tkm, etc...But think thats impossible to find anymore

I certainly think that many of the modded cars on here are great, and if I had another I'd love to mod it a bit, but what with this one being nearly rust free and under 30k miles (only by 4 miles

) it'll stay stock

MJ.. get another 300, you'll have so much fun with the ability to occasionally 'drive it like you stole it' when you're in the mood

I knew 'twas coming
I will sometime, but it's just not practical at the moment as I don't need to drive much.
