340/360 wanted or swap

hi, im looking to get a 340/360. cheap as possible or swap for my

peugeot 306 turbo diesel (98 S)
MOT til october 2011
road tax til march 2011
mileage 172k
painted matt black
few dents
sony cd/dvd player with 7 inch screen
alloy wheels with legal tyres also have 4 steel wheels with legal tyres
electric windows

it certainly isnt a mint 306, has a few dents etc, i will be honest it has let me down once, it refused to start one morning when it was bloody cold! got the RAC out who diagnosed the glow plugs werent working. garage replaced the glow plug relay which has solved the problem! it now starts from cold, admitedly (sp) it runs a bit lumpy when cold but is fine once warmed up on a run. then again it is a 13 year old diesel car.
