Why not order some 75mm tall box section? like this:

Cut it into two lengths the correct size and your done

ive got box section on atm but one side seems to have collapsed the bit that collapsed though was attacked by a mate who came round after buying a blow torch lol so that might be what did it, i will check the other side in the morning and if its ok i will cut another
