Big ask I know but I have 2 kits,1 complete the other just missing a rack.

Any help with finding one will be appreciated.

think you may have misread mate, 340 pas rack but would a 360 rack work with the rest being of the 340 kit

A PAS rack is a PAS rack...only two flavours available and that is LHD and RHD.

Since most, if not all, B14 PAS conversions were by "mobility" specialists the real question is "did they use 360 PAS racks or fit some other compatible unit".

In all my years at Volvo I don't remember a factory converted car being imported but Volvo did supply a PAS kit from their disabled driver aid catalogue. Several of these were supplied for mobility conversions by Volvo dealers and specialists.

even for motability?
