Hello, that does not look quite like the strut top bushes that I have seen on late 340/360's but the best bet is to contact Dai of classicswede since he makes a replacement part for the whole strut-top unit.

I have just checked his website and it says our-of-stock for that item so you could try my favorite repair - a generous dose of black Sikaflex - every boat shop sells it. Work it in as much as you can all around the failed bush, smooth it off with a bit of white spirit on a paint brush, leave it 24 hours to set and it'll be pretty good - it may even last a few more years or decades....
