the "Winner" was build from '81 to '86 .

From your foto's I would say, you should get it as a gift.
And it is a gift with a lot of work to do...

In this poor condition you should not spend more than a few hundred...
Important is the condition of engine and variomatic, and I would suggest to explore
this before buying the car.
