I know everbody wants a bodykit, but I can allways ask
so does anyone know where I maybe can find a bodykit for a saloon?
I know someone here has the molds to produce the bodykits.. but if I remember correctly, he just wanted to make 2 bodykits??

Also I'm looking for a snowcap.. is there someone how has one? 8)

Hi, it is me who has the molds, but I don’t have the rear valance for the saloon. Nah, I didn’t plan to only make two sets, but I do intend to limit them to the real enthusiasts, which you do appear to be! I don’t want to just make lots of them and lose the exclusive nature the kit has. I need to get set up properly to produce the kits, so, once I’m ready I’ll be able to offer some kits for sale. I’ll keep you informed if you’re interested!

I just happen to have a genuine saloon rear bit here, and happen to not be a fan of saloons ;) Jason was having it though, but he's got a new project car since and I'd like it to go to Pete first whatever so we can hopefully make a mould, just in case.

Hi,
yes, off course I'm an enthusiast! I think that I'm going to make this weak a topic of the 360's we have (yes we've got 2 360GLE's!)
One off them has allready a bodykit sm63
But that one is allready 10 years on the car and very nice painted etc.. otherwise maybe we 'd made our own molds...

in the mean while you can look for picturens here:
http://forum.volvo300club.nl/showthread.php?t=3881
or here:

Off course I'm interested Pete, so keep me informed

Great cars, vØlvØfreak!

Pete: put me down for a set as well ;-) In your own time though, no rush whatsoever.

Second car we've found to have a saloon bodykit? I love that silver one, it looks sooooo nice in that colour!

the first one is that dark grey one?
It was sold last year? I'd wanted to buy his bodykit, but it was already sold...

Excellent, looks like a plan is forming! Mark/vØlvØfreak, it's clear you're an enthusiast, two very nice cars indeed!

Chris, we need to sort a good time at some point to get everything sorted then chap!

Everyone else, your names are down, I can't promise anything soon, but when things do get sorted I will keep everyone informed.

The biggest hurdle I can see is the shipping for the kits leaving the UK. A lot of the couriers limit packages to 1200 mm long. Secondly, I can crate them well, but it'll weigh a bit more, however should protect them! One more thing is that for some odd reason, car bumpers are on the prohibited list of items that can be sent. I'd imagine we'll be ok as they aren't technically bumpers, but are bodykits. All things I need to look into in fine detail though!

Pete, I won't need sending, I'd pick them up myself, or ask a relative to pick them up. Again, no rush at all, but am definitely interested in a set for the GLT.

Thumbs up to you for going to all the trouble ...

Tom
