odd headlamp flash

Post by bogbasic »

An odd one. If I have the sidelights on and put my foot on the brake pedal, if I switch off the sidelights, the headlamps flash. This only happens when I have my foot on the brake pedal.

Nothing major and I'm not going to take the wiring apart for this. Just curious if its a common one or not.... cheers, bogbasic.

Yup, well, certainly not unheard of. Mine was a dodgy earth in the front headlamp unit on my 1.4, and on the multiplugs on my 1.7
