Turn signal

Hi guys, my turn signals don't blink when I turn them on, they just stay lit and blink like once in ten seconds. I was wondering if it could be the turn signal relay ? or do you think the problem is somewhere else ? even the warning light just stays lit... and all the bulbs are fine. :(

Sounds very much like the relay.
