B19A engine mounts

After one jump fan began to touch with fan shroud even on small engine movement.
After some investigation I've found that mounts look suspicous, see picture:

The question is: is it normal state, or this mount is broken?
Can anybody post his mounts?
If it is ok, then it is possible that body geometry os not good..
Or there are any other ideas?

Welcome to the ghost train man...finding new mounts is nearly impossible now.

Just put much thicker metal pieces under the mount upper attachment point and you'll do fine a few years.
