trim panel fitting help needed .

hi, i have recently put my trim panels back into to my 340 after i carried out some work on her and i have noticed that even though i have attached it via the nut and the plastic screw thingy (technical name for it ) the panel is still loose and you can put your hands behind it. is there a technique to fitting the panel ?any help appreciated

forgot to mention its a 3 door and its the panel which goes around the front seatbelt and the rear seat passenger ares (where door should be )

Did you get the door seal out of the way so that it could clip back in? I think it also joins onto the boot panels but my memory is a bit hazy. Sorry haven't worked that much on 3 doors.

ive sorted it now thanks it was so stupidly simple i forgot about it haha under the window seal is like a flexible strip of metal the panel hooks over this was far to forward into the car so i bent it back and its fits fine now thanks anyway
