Volvo 340 gl 1.4 for sale

I am reluctantly letting my G reg 340 go, I have owned her for the last 3 years and she has served me well, but alas needs a bit of work doing on her to keep her on the road that i'm not up for doing. Mot runs out 14/8/10. clock has stopped on 95k, all in all i've probably done about 20k since i've had her.
Good points:engine is sweet, starts first time every time, quite cheap to run and is still drivable, all electrics work fine, three fairly new tyres, taxed until october.
Bad points: gasket has gone on back dif, back breaks need sorting out ( have already purchased new shoes and one slave cylinder but both are leaking, although she still stops ok), small dent on back wheel arch that has a bit of rust around it and wanders a little bit to the left.
Would hate to see her go to the great scrapyard in the sky, could be a good project for an enthusiast or stripped for her parts to keep another alive.
