That looks excellent!, I love all the original Volvo accessories, I'm liking those wheels alot, they look great against silver paintwork, I know that you have put alot of time and effort into this car and it really shows!
where in the universe can i get the Louvre goodness? 8) The elusive unicorn of 300 ownership!, ive gotta get one!.........i'm feeling hopeful!! :lol:

I just noticed, must be a very early A plate car to still have quarter lights and externally adjustable mirrors

Superb car, Mark. I think GLS cars are great, a real alternative to GLTs with a completely different character.

Do I spot VDO gauges in a Smiths cluster ;-) ?

Hi lads.
Thanks for all the nice coments about the car.
The Leos and rear spoiler are from the Foggy scrapage scheme and the snowcap
came from the king of the Toon,Mr VND himself.
Some of the other parts came from my now deseasd GLT :( .
Tom ,you are right. The vacuume gauge is not the right one, i did have one but i droped it
and it smashed on the floor{dick head}. Getting a mk3 on inyo the smiths cluster was a bit of a challange
but with a steady hand {no booze the night before}, i was able to drill a hole so the VDO one would fit.
Thanks again to Ben for posting the pics.Some day i will have to learn how too.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me too, a Smiths econ gauge was lobbed over the gate by the postie, breaking the needle off. :evil: I was fuming at the time ...

The GLS will going to the Ballymena classic car show this year in June.
Do any of you Norn Iron boys fancy going to get a few more 300s in the volvo line.
The lasy two years, mine was the only one.

June? now there is a challenge for the 360 saloon! Even though I am aiming for standard rebuild to get her mot'd and sprayed still seems unlikely.
