Identify this please - radius arm?

The rubber has perished on the number 2 in this diagram. Haynes says it's a radius arm but I can't find anything of that description anywhere on the internet. Euro car parts have this:

but I've got a feeling they mean something else by "tie rod".

Failing this has anyone got 2 of these I can buy?

If you only need to replace the rubbers, contact Dai, he can get you Poly-urethane versions of them

edit: yes Dai has them, Front tie bar bushes they're called apparently
