Now we made some carbonfiber  hoods to the cars   6kg weight.

You need hole to hood for hood to fit with that turbo? 
Are you planning to make airbox for filter to get additional help from wind? I had once with NA motor tube going to foglamp opening so that faster I drove, more air was pushed into airbox, with proper setup that might give some gain.

Yes i have to take upp a hole in the hood. Here is my new steering column i built with 1:2 gearbox ,quick relase and adjustable steering column in height.
Everything is built in alu ,titanium and carbonfiber You can allso se the dash 2  close to the steeringwheel.

Wow! Superb mate. I am in awe. Good to see these Volvo's getting good attention and some nice parts.   
 
I will have a hood from you, but I am currently saving to have a roll cage made. Can you make them any time?
