tunning help

well i have a 1984 volvo 360 with a cd175 carb and i want more power . but i dont wanto go down the turbo route just yet

i was going to make a custom exhasut manifold and a 2.25" exhaust
bike carbs
some sort of cam probly a k cam

is there anything else i can do?

how about fitting a 531 head? off a b230 fk? i think...

would love to fit the 16v head but i can afford that atm :(

this car was only mento be a run about but i love it :D

If you've got the facilities, how about fitting a NA 2.3 from a 240? Running on carbs. Would sound mint :D

I think they get about 130bhp?

i was just looking at the red 360 over in europe with the 2.3 in it on webers sounds good to me

was it only the 240 that had the 2.3 n/a?

Nope, i think 740's and 940's also have N/A's - Whether there carb'd or fuel injection i dont know :) In all honesty, more power = 2.3 Turbo, but carbs do sound the sex! :lol:
