well i think it would cost quite a lot to make that system - a lot of parts which are rare and costly - maybe it was removed for economics reasons?

All the cars with recirc that you'll find have a smaller blanking cover where the air con switch would be, or else they'll have the air con button, which would be even better, so you'll never have a hole

You also need the metal flap and the single bushing that is in the big black heater box, and directly connected to the arm on the pump. 1.4's then need to run a pipe from the vacuum tube from the head to the carb (so a t-piece) to get the required vacuum, B200E's have a metal tapping that goes in the manifold and the vacuum hose slides straight on (which I still have on of laying round somewhere if anyone ever needs it)

Chris, I was only thinking today about asking if you still had that metal tapping insert for the manifold to connect the vacuum pipe to! LOL. Anyway, I'll sort something out with you, cheers.
