OK been a 'fair' while since this thread has had anything new.
I picked up the LH2.4 ECU from Chris_C at the BKV at the weekend so I am determined to get started. There are no redblock shaped things in any of the scrapyards round me so will slowly start to accumulate parts from other cars that match the Bosch numbers, things like the ICV and AMM for example. After this its probably going to be me making a loom and getting a trigger wheel as It seems easier as I'm not changing the clutch till it needs it.
some part numbers:

Only on a flying visit, plugs are available (junior timers are easy to get, the ECU plug is expensive, get a scrappy one from anything bosch then buy new pins to crimp). ICV's I havn't seen an LH one, but the early bosch one is a single unit with outlets in different places, you *should* be able to get the best one for your needs, but check the electronic connections are the same etc rather than just believing me.
Check the LE FPR is the same pressure LH expects (3bar I'd have thought)

I have see an ICV in a BX its the short stubby one i think, doubt the BX is still there now though. I'll probably buy new ones once its all runningChris_C wrote:Only on a flying visit, plugs are available (junior timers are easy to get, the ECU plug is expensive, get a scrappy one from anything bosch then buy new pins to crimp). I have a catalogue of Bosch connectors and they all seem quite pricey new. FPR, something i'd not thought of! something else to check
