Leaf Springs

Post by mattywatsit »

Hi there,

I am looking for 2x rear leaf springs for a 360 (unsure if 340's have same rear leaf springs or not?)

as I am looking to double up the leafs on ours, for towing purposes.

Cheers,
Matthew.

No reason why you could not use a leaf from these to stiffen the rear.

Are cortina ones the same length? That's pretty cool.

They are longer but you only need part of teh leaf to double up with.

I did measure them in the past to see if ford springs could be used as a replacment but sadly not. At least they are good for doubling up with. Lots of other springs could be used for that.

Not that I have found,

I spent a lot of time measuring every car I could find on old leaf springs but nothing was close enough :(

Double leafs of coil overs are the only easy options that I have found.
