mine where all over the place when i came to rewiring for my stereo, and they where all non standard colours too!

light green / brown = perminent 12v / earth

speakers where green and grey with the negative having a black stripe

of yours I would GUESS
black - earth
red - Perm 12v
blue - switched 12v (ignition)

dunno about stripey ones

a quick google search for car radio wires blue/white threw up

Memory (+12v Constant) Yellow
Ignition (+12v Switched) Red
Ground (-) Black
Dimmer Pink/White (Alpine only)
Power Antenna Blue
Amplifier Turn-on Blue/White
Phone Mute Light Blue (Sony only

i found a loom, or at least a loom appeared after i came back to it this evening with several wires in it. the speakers are indeed grey and black but then change but i can figure that bit out.

i have a green wire (battery side) and a red wire (stereo side) that don't seem to connect accross the loom so i'm at a loss. theres also a blue wire with an inline fuse, no idea here.

i have two brown wires connected into one loom spot (battery side), these go to a thick black wire combined with the two speaker returns(stereo Side). should this have one brown going into the red and one into the black?

thanks
