For sale: 360GLT 2.0i

Post by sano » 18 Aug 2004 06:11 pm

Hi people,
I'm getting desperate trying to sell my old 360. The car has been very reliable and it has been restored to best condition, see images at http://sano.szm.sk/volvo

This 360 is for sale.

Man: 1985
Engine: 2.0i no cat.
Mil: 210tkm
Price: EUR 1000,-
Place: Zilina, Slovakia (SK)

Contact me at sano@szm.sk

Interior preserved, new paint, good technical condition, no crashes, few spareparts available also. Would provide a full tank with it :)

Hard to sell this vehicle in my country as it is not a well-known model here.

Alex

Wow! A mixed up 300, that! It's the later look on the front but the old style lights at the back!

I'm loving the grille, though :)

i had a set of those rear clusters in my cupboard for ages. decided not to fit them in the end (insurance really), so binned them. shame, i really like how they look. how hard was it to fit the rear numplate lights?

love those seat covers - and the oldskool wheels as well - i had a set like that but again, didnt fit them cos i didnt wanna void the insurance.

Actually I got this car with the rear lights already installed and there is no trace of any modification on the body. Anyway, previous owner was a woman doctor and I strongly doubt she would have changed the lights....

Is it possible that the lights came from series? Some special edition?

The front grille is original, but the Volvo label comes as a replacement for the original, because it was stolen.

Seats are covered to preserve the original cloth which is in good condition :)

its not possible the car was like that origionally - see the rear bumpers of that era had no number plate lights on them - they are built into the light clusters - the bumpers with numberplate lights in were entirely different - so somone must have taken the time to mod a rear bumper and put those bits in, so that they lights could be used

Yes, it was my job putting the lights in the bumper :)

The cops said the numberplate lightning was insufficient.

sounds about right - the later light clusters (designed for those bumpers) have numberplate lights built into them

The original rear window(front too) broke to pieces, had to replace it, but the replacement is probably not from the same manufacturer.

Because the glass extends the full width of the hatch.
