Should appear in every post...but...you do have to tick the "Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)" box at the bottom when you post. Once you've checked it once, it ought to remember.

I remember when we were putting the 'Foggy running out of fuel' postcard into our sigs after Stondon some of us had trouble. I had never bothered attaching a sig previously. can't remember how I got over it exactly or what the problem was. I expected it to change my previous posts, but it only applies to post that have had a signature, so as I hadn't used one before, it had nothing to change and wouldn't add one to old posts, if that makes sense!

I think once I'd changed it and added a new post or two it was ok. Andy might remember more of what the solution was, as I don't think it ended up being that simple. Not to insult intelligence, but merely to check, you have changed in the preferences further down the profile page the yes/no answer to attach my signature to all posts? Or select the check box when you make a post if you fancy only attaching it occassionally?
